Farms practicing the Biodynamic Method of agriculture range from large plantations to small farmers. Interest in Biodynamic agriculture is on the rise among the organic farmers of India. This is reflected by increased participation in the training courses every year and the increased membership in the Association. There are more than 500 small and big farms practicing biodynamic agriculture throughout the country, though most of them are not formally certified. They produce a broad range of crops including fruits, vegetables, grains, coffee, tea and spices. Even small farmers recognise biodynamic agriculture practices through our BD Outreach initiatives.
